13. Ongoing Conduct and Continuing Risk
Jason Nassr’s conditional sentence ended in October 2025. However, the situation remains unresolved.
Law enforcement authorities have stated that Nassr is under close monitoring. Police continue to track his online activity and public behavior. They are watching for any signs that he may attempt to restart vigilante operations.
The London Police Service has emphasized its commitment to community protection. It has encouraged the public to report suspicious activity.
Despite ongoing surveillance and prior convictions, Nassr’s behavior continues to raise concern.
Individuals who have interviewed him report that he shows little remorse. His conduct suggests that he has not accepted responsibility for the harm he caused.
Recent evidence indicates that Nassr has posted new videos on YouTube. In these videos, he names family members and relatives of deceased individuals featured in Creeper Hunter TV episodes.
He engages in hostile rants and emotional outbursts. He threatens civil lawsuits against those who oppose him. This includes victims’ families, law enforcement, and investigators.
Rather than acknowledging documented harm, he portrays himself as a victim. He continues to target people already affected by his actions.
His ongoing harassment of grieving families demonstrates continued risk. Despite convictions, court orders, and monitoring, he remains a source of harm.
Families already coping with loss and stigma now face further online attacks.
Nassr also continues to operate HelpUsDefend. He presents it as a legitimate child protection organization.
The website remains active. It solicits donations and recruits volunteers. Many supporters are unaware of his criminal history.
In online videos, Nassr refers to himself only as “Jason.” He avoids mentioning his previous activities and convictions.
He portrays HelpUsDefend as an international nonprofit. He displays names and photos to suggest a large, established organization.
This presentation is misleading.
As documented earlier, much of the organization’s structure relies on stock images. These images are paired with fabricated identities and invented biographies.
Many featured “team members” appear to be fictional. They were created to give the impression of credibility and scale.
Some real volunteers may have joined in good faith. These individuals believe they are contributing to child protection efforts.
However, they operate alongside largely fictional personnel. Many remain unaware of the organization’s true nature and leadership history.
Authorities have been informed about these practices.
Police and the Ontario government were notified that the organization used false names and addresses. Reports also documented fabricated backgrounds and stock photos.
Multiple complaints were submitted to the OPP. These reports detailed deceptive registration and promotional practices.
When asked for proof of legitimacy, Nassr reportedly does not respond.
Despite these warnings, HelpUsDefend continues to operate. It continues to collect donations and recruit volunteers.
The same institutional failures that delayed action against Creeper Hunter TV appear to be repeating.
Nassr is again able to continue manipulation through a new platform.
For grieving families, past victims, and well-meaning volunteers, this represents ongoing harm.
It reflects a broader failure to protect the public from an individual with a documented pattern of destructive behavior.
